Exactly what GetOnwardNow provides - and what it does not - in plain language.

In one sentence: we create a temporary flight reservation (a held booking with an airline booking reference) and send you a PDF itinerary. It is not a paid ticket, a boarding pass, a visa or a government document.

What you buy

You pay a service fee for us to create a flight reservation in your name on the route and date you choose, through airline reservation systems, and to deliver it to you as a PDF itinerary by email and on your order page. The reservation has a booking reference (PNR) that can be looked up on the airline's website while it is valid.

What it is not

  • It is not a paid airline ticket. No fare is paid to the airline and it cannot be used to board a flight.
  • It is not a visa, entry permit or government document, and buying it does not guarantee that a visa will be granted or that you will be allowed to board or enter a country.
  • It is not an edited, mocked-up or "fake" ticket. We only issue reservations that exist in airline systems.

How long it lasts

Each reservation is held for the validity you choose (48 hours by default, or 7 or 14 days where available). The airline then releases the seat automatically - you do not need to cancel anything. Airlines can occasionally cancel holds early (for example after a schedule change). If that happens while your reservation should still be valid, contact us and we will re-issue it or refund you.

Independence

GetOnwardNow is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any government, embassy, consulate, visa center or airline. Airline names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the flights in your reservation.

Using it honestly

Present the document for what it is: a reservation showing a planned itinerary. Entry and visa rules are set by authorities and applied by airlines and border officers, who make the final decision. Always check official sources for your trip.

We follow airline booking rules on the use of booking classes and holds. Orders that look speculative, duplicated without reason or abusive (for example, repeated holds on the same flights with no travel purpose) may be declined or refunded.

Prices

The full price - including any options you add - is shown before you pay. There are no subscriptions and no fees added after checkout.
