These terms apply when you use getonwardnow.com and buy a flight reservation from GetOnwardNow ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them. Please also read our service disclosure, refund policy and privacy policy.
1. The service
We create temporary flight reservations (held bookings with an airline booking reference) on routes and dates you choose and deliver them as PDF itineraries. A reservation is not a ticket and cannot be used to travel. We do not provide visas, immigration advice or legal advice.
2. Your information
You must give accurate passenger names (as in the passport), dates and contact details, and you must have permission to provide the details of every passenger in your order. Mistakes may make a reservation unusable; we'll help correct them where possible.
3. Orders, prices and payment
Prices are shown in full before payment and charged in the currency displayed. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never see or store full card details. An order is accepted when the reservation is issued. We may decline or refund an order where we cannot issue the reservation, suspect fraud or abuse, or the request breaks airline booking rules.
4. Delivery and validity
Most reservations are delivered within minutes, but delivery times are estimates. Each reservation is valid for the period stated on it and is then released by the airline. Airlines control their own systems and may change or cancel holds; if that happens during validity we will re-issue the reservation or refund you.
5. Options
Flexible reservation includes one correction to a passenger name, date, origin or destination, requested within the validity period. Activate later lets you activate the reservation before the deadline shown at checkout; validity starts at activation. Extended validity (7 or 14 days) is available only where the flight date allows.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use reservations honestly - as evidence of a planned itinerary - and not to misrepresent them as paid tickets or use the service for fraudulent, speculative or abusive bookings. We may refuse service where we reasonably suspect misuse.
7. Responsibility
Entry, transit and visa decisions are made by authorities, airlines and border officers. We are not responsible for those decisions or for travel costs that result from them. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
